The “What Does This Bible Verse Mean To You?” Game
Many of us have been guilty of improperly interpreting scripture and playing this, “What does this bible verse mean to you?” game, myself included. Most of the time we do not even realize that we are filtering the bible and interpreting it via our own preconceived notions. Here is a video by CrossTV brought to us by LaneChaplin on YouTube.
Have you made this same mistake and interpreted scripture in this way? I have, and I praise God for His Holy Spirit guiding me into right understanding and showing me the errors of my logic and reasoning.
