Nick’s authentic love of Christ shines through him so penetratingly that people are literally captivated and disarmed by the fact he can genuinely rejoice in his circumstances. Almost without realizing it, they discover that they want desperately that same factor that they see so clearly displayed in Nick’s life and messages, in their own lives. That factor that they desire for themselves is, of course, Christ…living in him, and working through him.

Official spokesperson of Passion For Christ Movement shares with us a very moving and powerful piece of poetry.  She entitled her poem, “A Letter To Satan” by Blair Wingo.  Pass this Daily Jesus link on to everyone.  I honestly believe everyone needs to hear this.

My favorite part of what she shares is at 5:10 when Blair says, “This new relationship is based solely by grace through faith and my life is a result of what I believe.”  That line alone moved me to my knees in prayer.  Thank You Blair!

In his most recent book “A New Kind of Christianity by Brian McLaren” he asks ten questions that he views his transforming the faith.  It is my personal belief that when anyone starts talking about ‘new faith’ or a new type of Christianity that sets up a red flag for me as someone who is really a wolf in sheeps clothing.  The truth is the Gospel message and those that belong to Christ (christianity) will never change.

Jude 1:3 “I felt I had to write and urge you to contend for the faith that was once for all entrusted to the saints.”  After reading his latest book I have to agree with the panel discussion below that a better title for “A New Kind of Christianity” could perhaps be entitled “An Old Kind of Heresy”.

Jesus asked Peter three specific times this question, “Do you love me?”  Peter had been asked many questions by the Lord prior to this but this was the most important question he ever had to answer.
